In this sale I was helping a dear relative to move, and to sell his home. The house had some significant issues and I needed to find agents who I could trust to help with logistics and contractors while also getting the best sale price. From the first phone call with Stephanie I knew that PEX was the right choice. She and Michelle are knowledgeable and skilled agents with great communication and follow through. Their assessment of the market and their sale strategy for the home was perfect. The clean up and move out was a challenging process- to physically deal with 20+ years of hoarding while supporting my relative through a lot of emotion. Stephanie and Michelle were understanding and supportive in their roles, and their friendly, upbeat energy was very helpful: I had talented, capable, uplifting partners in a difficult endeavor. And then the results: The sale closed very quickly, and the net from the sale significantly exceeded my expectations and will help our family member make a new chapter in life.
